Abandoned vehicles are everywhere around the Liguria mountains. Abandoned for many years they are often full of rust and, in many cases, an integral part of the "landscape"...It is not really a good look environment .... Luoghi Abbandonati ARENA Paese Abbandonato

Arena è un paesino della Val Fontanabuona* diviso nelle frazioni inferiore e superiore ed è situato in bella posizione ai piedi dei monti nei pressi dei quali passa l'Alta Via dei Monti Liguri a cavallo con la valle dell'Aveto. Tra le principali emergenze c'è l'antica e caratteristica chiesetta dedicata a San Bartolomeo ormai senza tetto ed edificata per ringraziare della protezione per l'epidemia di colera...
Il paese è abbandonato da lungo tempo ma presenta qualche recente segno positivo di riutilizzo che è bene rispettare per la scelta di tranquillità e solitudine.

Arena is a village of the Fontanabuona* divided into upper and lower villages and it is a nice location at the foot of the mountains of which passes near the Ligurian Mountains High Way trek on the border of the Aveto valley. Among the main emergencies is the ancient small church dedicated to St. Bartholomew now without roof and built to thank for the protection from the old cholera epidemic...

The village has been bandoned for a long time but it presents some recent positive sign of reuse to be respected for of the choice of peace and solitude.
